Peer Assessment

For my peer review I have marked my partner on their practical and professional skills and also their transferable and key skills I have decided to give my partner a B1 for her timed assessment this is because for her practical and professional skills I would Mark my partner in the upper second giving her a B2, as she demonstrated competence with my design and was aware of professional contexts, when I sat down for my assessment she washed her hands and put a robe over me, all the products were laid out in front of me and with face charts and a clear list of step by steps on the mirror, the base was applied with the correct yellow undertone with the only problem being is her time management which is why I gave her a B2 instead of a B1. For Transferable and key skills I have given my partner a first, as her communication throughout the practical's has been excellent and I could tell that all the way through she was listening to what I wanted from my design and that she was giving 100% at all times.
